Return & refund policy
Printed work is made to your order, so it can't simply be restocked. Here is exactly when we reprint, when we refund, and when we can't do either.
The short version: if the job doesn't match the proof you approved or the specification you were quoted, we reprint it at our cost. If it does match and you've changed your mind, we can't refund it — but talk to us anyway.
1. Our guarantee
We stand behind what leaves our shop. If the finished job doesn't match the approved proof — wrong text, wrong size, wrong finish, or a printing defect — we put it right at our cost. We don't argue about it.
2. Telling us about a problem
Check the goods when they arrive and tell us within 48 hours of delivery or collection. Call +971 52 250 9954, WhatsApp the same number, or email info@quickprintsdubai.com.
Send your invoice number and photographs of the problem — photos settle almost every case in one message. Keep the goods and packaging until we've agreed what happens.
3. Reprints
An approved reprint is prioritised in the schedule: it goes ahead of new work, not behind it. Partial jobs are settled proportionately — if 200 of 1,000 boxes are defective, we replace those 200.
4. Refunds
Where a refund is agreed, it goes back to the original payment method within 7–14 working days. Bank transfers depend on your bank's own timing.
5. What we can't take back
- Errors that were on the proof you approved. A typo or an old phone number is a reprint at your cost. This is why we ask you to read the proof properly.
- Low-resolution files. We warn you when we spot it; if you ask us to print anyway, the result is on the file.
- Colour variation within commercial tolerance, or a mismatch against a screen. Ask for a printed proof if exact colour matters.
- Quantity within the 5% run tolerance on long runs — you are invoiced for what is delivered.
- A change of mind on custom work once production has started. It can't be resold to anyone else.
