1. Satisfaction Guarantee

At QuickPrintsDubai, we are committed to delivering high-quality products. If your order doesn't meet our quality standards, we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

2. Reporting Issues

If you receive a product that is defective or does not match your approved proof, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide photos and a description of the issue.

3. Reprints

For verified defects or errors on our part, we will reprint your order at no additional cost. This includes color variations beyond acceptable tolerance, incorrect finishing, or print defects.

4. Refunds

Refunds may be issued at our discretion for verified quality issues. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Custom products made to your specifications are not eligible for refunds unless there is a manufacturing defect.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• Custom orders that match the approved design proof
• Orders with customer-supplied artwork errors
• Completed orders not claimed within 30 days
• Design service fees for completed work
